The girl who answered the phone was rude and the call cut out so when I called back she accused me of hanging up on her. She berated me for not knowing what to do for the 24-7 pick up after we had sat there for 40 minutes waiting for the shop to open. The truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas, so our first stop was to find a gas station where we could drive a 26' truck. A very frustrating experience that could have been so much better.

Uhaul app is very worst it take 30mins to load easy and everything it took 10mins to take a picture on on app. My phone is 14 pro max it’s not the phone fault. Please make an update in app. It’s waste of time in hot summer not able to stand outside.
SATHISH KI was routed to this drop off location by u-haul. It was a bit off the beaten track. I was able to call and arrange for a late drop off so simply pulled up and dropped the trailer in an open space and left. They checked the trailer in the next business morning. No complaints on my end just that it was bit of a travel for me to drop the trailer.
