The attendant Angie, while being very personable was obviously on some type of upper as she was unfocused and kept delay Ing the process by telling stories of past clients and she was extremely antsy as much as to make both my son and I very uncomfortable. Oher than that everything was ok,. the facility could use a facelift. as it was seriously run down.
Donna S.There are several buildings, and, depending on where you're coming from, it can be a little hard to tell where to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful -- came outside to direct me on where to park.
Licia R.Less than one hour after renting the trailer I received a call from Andi at this location wanting to know what time it would be returned. I advised most likely between 3:30 - 5:00 pm. She asked that it be returned the following day as they would be closing early due to an appointment and stated I would not be charged for the additional day. I reminded her I was already was paying for the two day minimum and that it would be returned before their closing time. She called me back again stating that her appointment was running late and again asked to return it the next day I told her that it was on its way to be dropped off while we were speaking which was around 3,:30 pm. She then said something about the fucking trailer and hung up. You are not expected to drop the trailer off at the convenience of the location. Not everyone has the room or wants to keep car transported overnight. This woman expects the customer to be inconvenienced around her needs.
