Everything was to notch....vehicle condition, service staff, and facility. Would recommend this dealer very highly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNightmare checking in!! Either have it all on the app for true check in & key there & ready to go or require in person pickup. I had to go back & forth between the inside desk & across the parking lot to the truck five times.
Kelly CI would suggest to make sure the side mirrors are sturdy so they do not move around when you drive. I had to tape the mirror in order to hold is in place whenever I would drive down the road so it didn't move if I hit a bump or uneven ground. Also, that the light lenses are clean/clear. It was very hard to see when driving at night. Even with high beams on, the light was still dimmer than my running lights in my own truck. The truck was clean, just to clarify. These were things I did tell the person working the day I brought the U-Haul back.
Megan RI can’t think of anything. Y’all were great!
