I called the location about 50 minutes before they closed. I arrived 15 minutes before closing to drop off the rental truck. I wanted to see them in person. However they chose to leave before I got there. They closed at 5:00 p.m. and they left before 4:45 p.m. I wouldn't be so aggravated had I not called them and they were closed. But they knew I was coming. They should not be a U-Haul location. Nick.

We were given an initial drop off location that did not exist. Caused us to drive about 50 miles extra. VERY unhappy and feel we should get a partial refund. We called uhaul and were told we would be contacted. Never were.

Called this location back within 10 minutes of getting on the road telling them what was going on and the reply was call roadside assistance but they didn't even have roadside assistance number. No customer service at all. No help at all. Rented from Uhaul many times before and never had experience like this
