Location was difficult to find due to the app and its directions and link to maps. Location was muddy and no clear location of where to leave the vehicle.

Brittany FHowever, this is not the location that we selected. The original location was changed to the Ramada Inn Airpoty location. The hotel staff was useless and said we did not have a reservation. I got customer service on the phone and the Ramada attendant still refused to give us the truck. The local Uhaul representative was able to find the Moody location and everything worked out, but the experience was awful actually getting the truck.Very thankful for the Uhaul local represntative and the Moody location.
