Melissa BTo be honest it wasnt this location I had an issue with. my reservation was with 2358b Old Springville Rd, Birmingham, AL 35215. They rented out my truck and did not have it when I arrived and then could not rent me the one they had on the lot for the same amount and wanted $400 more. They then sent me to this location which is 30 mins away. The guy at this location was helpful and I got the truck but after all the delays I almost didnt make it to the pick up on time.
Samuel SWe scheduled an after hours pick-up and after being on the phone with customer service for an hour, we were given the wrong sized truck without the dolly we ordered. We did not receive our vehicle the scheduled time and without tools we paid for.
NICHOLAS MI returned my unit a day early and was not credited back that day. I was charged the original 3 day price
