The location for pick up is not professional. The space is dark, dirty and unclean. The representative is not respectful and rude. The take out counter was an end table with a laptop. The representative had my husband fetch the moving blankets from the back room in which my husband found personal items, giving the impression that this gentleman was living at the facility.

PATRICIA MI was told that I should fill tank to the half way mark. When I got in it was a bit below half. I had to buy more gas at pump before I made my return of the truck.
