Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisFirst of all the hours are supposed to be 9:00 a.m. nobody arrived until almost 9: 20 And then when he did my reservation was 598 and he wanted me to give him $700 and something and when I called U-Haul he wanted to speak to the representative himself and I had it on speaker I hand him the phone and he was eating at the same time and he spit food all over my phone had immediately take it out to the car wipe it down with some Pharrell and then go back in and start to process all over again I finally got out of there about 9:45 mind you that I've been there since 10:00 till 9:00 so almost an hour and then it started to rain and I wanted him to show demonstrate on how the car would load up on the dolly or at least check the fluids on the truck and they never did any of that They never even came out of the office He said he wasn't going outside of his it was raining so I had to do the pre-trip inspection myself including checking all the fluids and top everything off So for this reason a lot other reasons I would never go back there and I don't suggest anybody to go there and if I was you all I wouldn't allow my trucks there He doesn't make U-Haul standards at all
Wayne SWell dealing with Appalachian Auto first of all he tried to charging me 700 and some dollars when I was quoted $598 for my reservation and then when I had to talk to customer service he wanted to speak something to them so I handed my phone and he had a mouthful of food and he spit his food out all over my phone immediately had to be cleaned before I could finish talking to customer service He never came out and did a pre-trip inspection on the vehicle He said because it's raining and nobody wants to get wet but before I left the facility I checked all lights turning signals brake lights headlights oil and fluids I would never go there again ridiculous The place is dirty and the owner's dirty very dirty and disgusting
