We had originally scheduled a pick up near our home, but we were redirected an additional 30 minutes further away when the truck was not available at the scheduled time. The central office was kind, slightly reducing our rate, but it was very inconvenient. I know some of those things are out of your control, but just wanted to let you know

CYNTHIA PGreat experience with U-Haul location. Problem was, we were called the day before pickup and told we had to pick up at the scheduled time over 2 hours further away than planned. Had U-Haul labor scheduled to load, so it wouldn't work. After many phone calls, found a closer truck (only 1.2 hrs away) that we were allowed to pick up yet that day. Very frustrating, because we then had to travel much further than planned to pick up auto transport. Although we we given extra miles, no credit for $$$ gasoline!
