Great experience with U-Haul location. Problem was, we were called the day before pickup and told we had to pick up at the scheduled time over 2 hours further away than planned. Had U-Haul labor scheduled to load, so it wouldn't work. After many phone calls, found a closer truck (only 1.2 hrs away) that we were allowed to pick up yet that day. Very frustrating, because we then had to travel much further than planned to pick up auto transport. Although we we given extra miles, no credit for $$$ gasoline!
Wayne KWas not maintenance at all lost brakes on hill had to wait 4 or more hours to get roadside help, when we did we had to change trucks and the movers damaged a lot of are stuff made clam and haven't heard anything back yet so no I wouldn't recommend using uhaul again.
Jerry JNot the agent`s fault. Equipment failed on rental, was checked and working when picked up. Issue was light failure.
