Vanessa HIt just had not been spotless. It was perfect far as it had two of the heavy furniture to put it on. I took pictures. I had insurance. The gas lower than we were told. Drop box the with the gas filled. Very pleasant employee. Thank you so much. If mention moving I would tell them.
Cindy HWas told on phone drop off location was open until 5 on Sunday. Arrived at 4:45pm and location was closed. Parked truck near drop box and deposited keys. Tried to call numerous times to confirm we were all set, no answer. Finally got through, was told they did not have the truck. Went back on Monday afternoon, talked to an employee, showed him the truck and explained keys and copy of contract were in drop box. He stated he had been too busy to check but we would send final invoice next day. Tuesday came and went, no email. On Wedneday again tried to call numerous times, no answer. Received a call from UHaul Wedneday evening wanting to know where the truck was. Explained I had dropped it off on Sunday and the events that followed. Found out the location where I picked up truck noted incorrect drop off location. They contacted a regional matter and fianlly received final invoice. On top of the hours wasted I was then over charged.
