The truck was terrible. Service lights everywhere, engine noise. Need to take care of it

Thawng LWe returned the U-Haul to a country store with one attendant and he expected us ( and we did against my better judgment) to unload all the used and 4 bundles of non used blankets into the store walked across a gas ration parking lot … several loads later we got it all . I have NEVER HAD TO SO THIS while renting a U-Haul and I am appalled at this situation!! I will NOT USE U-HAUL AGAIN!! Absolute disgrace and ridiculous!! M. Olivia Stanford … un happy
MICHAEL SI was charged for someone else U-Haul
Crystal MPerson running the store/U-Haul pickup location was unfriendly and unfamiliar with the reservation. Would not provide any advice or help when asked about hookup and use of the tow dolly. I would not recommend pickup here. I only used this location due to U-Haul making me pickup the tow dolly at another location from my truck 20 mins away which was very inconvenient.
