Vehicle was in damage condition with things from previous renter. Do not upcharge a customer just because you do not have the vehicle that you guaranteed.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe inside of the truck had greasy black stuff (looked like a grill had spilled grease) on the floor that I had to clean before we could load. I wasn’t able to get it really clean because my stuff was packed and ready to move. So, a little of our furniture and packing blankets got the black grease all over it.
Janee PVery professional, very helpful and quick.
Kevin HFix the license plate that's missing numbers and not legible, make sure the tires don't wobble while driving, maybe add a stand so customers don't have to pick up an enclosed trailer by hand to put it on the hitch. Also make sure the running lights work. That about sums it up.
Michael BYour system was down but the employees worked very hard to get everyone taken care of quickly. All the employees i had the pleasure to interact with were friendly and patient and got each customer served and leaving in good spirits. Your employees didn't try to "pass the buck" and their sense of unity made most customers feel very important.
