Truck was a mess I had almost an 80 difference between what I was quoted and what I had to pay. Then where I returned it was closed and didn't open till after I had to return so not a good experience

To expensive. I was changed $15 for insurance - something I did nit opt for. Requested the pick up loaction rep to cancel the insuration before the start of trip and they denied.
yashwant mBlankets were unfolded in a pile on the floor. The Furniture dolly I reserved was not at this location. I was told I could pick one up at another location. Trucks were parked randomly, everything looked disorganized. I will say the man who waited on me was very friendly and accommodating.

Preston EVery poor communication with the people inside the gas station when confirming my reservation. Then I was expected to hook everything up myself, which usually it’s terrible but those 12’ trailers are heavy to lift by yourself onto the hitch.
