Very nice situation
Sylvia G.The staff was very nice and helpful. The windshield of the trunk I rented was completely covered in snow and ice from the previous snow fall. It took awhile to clear the snow. There was ice that sealed the roll up door. I had to break the ice in order to get the door to go up. The gas cap was missing. The inside of the truck and cab was clean and the truck drove well.
Katherine A.When I completed the online return check-in process it said 77mi and in the notes I explained it was only 35mi. It said someone would contact me. No one did. I went back to the location the next day and spoke with the gentleman who rented me the truck he said he would take care of it. When U-Haul emailed the final bill it still said 77mi. I replied with a response and have not heard back. I should be charged the truck rental of $19.95, plus 35mi at $.89 ea, plus tax.
