Prepping customers for remote pick-up and drop-off issues. I got several steps in before I was told I needed to digitally provide my passport, lease (neither of which had I brought with me), or give out contact information for a family member, friend, or my employer. And then that information was never followed through on. Upon check in, features like where to upload my return pictures were not functional and I don't know why.
