Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLock box lock was put on upside down making it incredibly difficult to open. Then the pick up was at 8am. Truck had none of the supplies i paid for. Had to wait untill the office open which negated the point of an 8am pick up. Truck was not clean fish tank gravel everywhere. Shorted me 6 moving blankets because whe didnt have them and never changed the amount so i paid for them and never got them.
Robert BI was definitely at the same amount of fuel when I picked the truck up as when I returned it and was still charged $25 for 5 gallons of gas, complete horse shit, will never pick this as my return location again and may not rent from Uhaul anymore again either!
Justin CUnfortunately, the truck assigned for pick up did not crank / had a dead battery. This required me to call customer service and be transferred mutlipe times to solve the issue. I am thankful it didn't happen while on the road. But it was inconvenient nonetheless. The location was fine, but I have rented from other places in the same area and would recommend them solely because of the experience I had with a vehicle that wouldn't start. I was on a time crunch and had to be somewhere within a few minutes of pick up. Customer service was excellent.
JENNIFER BWhen booking, we specifically requested a real person for check-in instead of an online check in. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very personable and competent agent on a large screen in the lobby. If this is considered a "real" person, I would suggest explaining that to future customers because I didn't care for it. We also reserved furniture moving pads and a utility dolly. There were no furniture pads available at the location, and the only dolly available was an appliance dolly. We were charged $35 for these items, and they were not available for use. I'm still waiting on a refund. Before leaving, I expressed these concerns to a lovely woman working behind the counter, and she said she'd work on getting the refund. Also, the radio in the truck only played AM stations. I assumed all radios were AM/FM but learned that isn't the case.
