Location should have clear signage for their office area for customers that are having difficulty. The woman who did help us tried her best and was confused just as we were but she did indeed get us taken care of and on our way. I am very thankful for her! Virtual assistant is only good when the issue is minor. There should be an option to speak with a live person. The interior of the vehicle was dirty and the inside windshield was extremely dirty. The driver's window whistled the entire trip no matter what we did. Everytime we turned off the truck we were worried it wouldn't start again and it sounded like it was going to die upon start. This was all told at the drop off point. U-Haul it self should tell customers that contact them that renting a vehicle is all done either online and/or with an app.

curt gThe reason we would not recommend U-haul is for the reasons stated above & has nothing to do with the drop-off location. The location was clean & the male who helped us was professional. We voiced concern about being over-charged for mileage, as stated above, & he said there was nothing he could do about it, saying we would have to take it up with U-haul directly. U-haul did not allow us adequate mileage to get from one location to the other & charged us an additional amount. None of that was told to me when I booked the truck originally.
Martha HDouble check that the moving items ordered by a customer are actually available in the truck. As promised before the customer comes to pick it up! I did not receive the appliance dolly and I did not receive any moving blankets. I now have to buy an upholstery cleaner for two of my ivory colored chairs because they got dirty from inside of truck. With the help of the live customer service, I wasn't charged for those items 🙂 but it would have been nice to have them
