I called to enquire about closing and drop off time before I returned the rental and when I came to drop off, nobody was there. The individual that I called on the phone was very helpful and I feel like everything went well.

Stephanie GThe systems need to be updated to accurately reflect what equipment and pads a location has. For over 2 months your system shows that this location has dollies and pads of which they have none. Other locations seem to have the same issue. Somehow those systems need to be updated
