Trailer was not ready at the pick up time. We had to wait close to an hour for them to put new tires on the trailer.

Joseph GThe place wasn't open at 9:10 am. I called and he was running an errand . I called his listed phone number and I reached him on his cell. He was very friendly and accommodating. He told me where to put the keys etc. The place is not what I was expecting but everything was okay until he sent me a bill for fuel that I told the woman in Junction City KS would be problem. He told me how to handle it and I called the number he said and they did refund me the additional charge. Overall everything went smoothly. No problems with the truck. I do wish you rented trucks with a Tommy lift. I had two very heavy pieces to unload but it is what it is. No one else has a truck with a Tommy lift available either.
