Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHaving a pick-up location close to my home town was great. The only reason why I put 'above average' instead of 'excellent' was that no one was at the office location or had given me the code for the key lockbox ahead of time. A quick call to U-Haul and 15 minutes later, I had the keys. So I would recommend removing the option to pick up the keys at the office from the booking portal and only give the option to obtain the lockbox code right away. I thought that the one-way rental was very affordable (I was shocked how reasonable the price was). Overall, great experience.
Nicholas JAs far as the Rental nothing but the trailer had a leak in it and damaged our furniture
William DDon’t charge me $150 for dropping off my truck to a different location. Especially when I call and ask if I can drop it off there.
Brandon JI know u haul has various pickups all across the country but warehouse pickups like this are tedious. There was noone There to assist. Luckily I called a number on the warehouse and the owner who was supposed be at work had a day off and came to assist with my 5x8. Half hour late. How was I supposed to know how to install the hoich by myself if he was not there? Very strange, ...the contacts and calls I received prior this was very efficient and meticulous, but they did not match what happened on site.
