SHAWN HI was quickly helped and he took the time to show me where to go and where to park and then unhooked the trailer for me. Thank you for everything!
CORINE CU-haul overall was a terrible experience. I'd like to say I'd never work with them again-but I can't because they basically have a monopoly. If you want to talk to someone-you have to be transferred at least three times before you can reach anyone who either knows what their doing or cares. You make reservations to pick up equipment and they day before your reservation they call you to tell you your equipment can be picked up in a location that's almost 5 hours away. The Newtown location was a joke-was hard to get anyone to even stand at the front desk to do their job. Good job U-haul. You get zero stars in customer service and over business. But I'm sure I'll see you again in two years when I have to move my son back...
STORMIE BEasy!
