The new ulm office was great but this is our second reservation and both times the pickup location which is guaranteed online when reserving fell thru or almost fell thru. multiple contacts are made just days before the rental was to begin indicating that a change has been made by corporate and not in our favor. This made prep very nerve racking as we had to adjust plans based on Uhauls inability to provide what was provided.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere was no one at this facility to receive the truck on a Saturday when most people move. I called the office number and left a voicemail. We had to leave the truck in the lot unlocked with the key. I left another voicemail and they never called back to confirm the receipt of the truck. I have no idea if other paperwork needed to be completed.

James WPlease note that you did not ask me to rate the UHaul system or website which was awful. Mid trip you changed my return location which did not work for my plans and then that location called, texted, and emailed but could not answer my questions on why I had been switched and how to return my reservation to the original plan. I was unable to reach anyone to get this straightened out and the website did now allow me to change the drop-off back to my original location. I dropped off at Art's Rental anyway, which caused confusion but the proprietor was able to check me in. Overall, nothing except the beginning and end location worked for me.
