For some reason the drop off place did not have my information that I was dropping the truck off there. He had to call you all to find out what was going on. Even though it was clearly stated on my paperwork that was where I was to drop it off. It was in a convenience store and he had to wait on other customers in between. Which was understandable. But it did take longer than what I thought it was

abbigail S.There was trash and possible narcotic pills inside the truck. Didn't have gas in it when I left but they forced me to put more gas in it by charging my card for $128! Will NOT recommend and will NOT use U-Haul EVER again from a third party source!
