Representative was awful and he was telling me if i didnt bring the uhaul back he was gone have to hunt me down and they called me stating i left the uhaul dirty when i didnt and said they would send a picture and never did and I would like a full refund this is unacceptable

Front tires on uhual had no thread what so ever and low air. I was fearful to take the truck thinking a tire would blow. Did not feel secure at all. Called 1800 number with concern was transferred and put on hold with no response, Wow....

Good efficient staff. Convenient location. I did not have any problems picking up and returning. The van could have been a little cleaner from animal hair in the front pax seat and the dust and stuff in the back. Other than that the service was great.

I requested an 8am pickup when I reserved the trailer only to find out the morning of pickup, the T Mobile phone store didn't open until 10am. UNACCEPTABLE. The lighting hookup was wrong for the trailer and the vehicle I identified using to tow the trailer and I was forced to buy an adapter for twice the cost of the normal market. I will NEVER use U Haul again.
