I initially thought it was an abandoned haunted service station. For better customer service just move that location for safety purposes if anything.

Never send you customers here period! They are rude and it’s in a very sketchy part of town.
HEATHER KWhen I came I was handed a key and left and once I got home they told me I was given the wrong key and had to come back to return it. Then when I came back the employee couldn't get into the drop box to retrieve the new key for the truck I was actually supposed to take.
Essence LThe truck was parked under trees and was filthy. I had to back it out of their location. I then drove it directly to the nearest do-it-yourself car wash, drove it home, climbed on a ladder and washed the sap and bugs off the windshield and windows. Terrible customer service!
Linda MI had to park the truck in the back of the location and there were weeds everywhere. The guy told me I had to check the truck in myself online but didn't tell me that I needed to do it while I was there and take pictures of everything so I had to drive back to the location.
