The individual man running the office did a great job. I didn't have to ask questions, was in the office 5 minutes, and drove the truck out. Same on check-in when returning the truck. I actually enjoyed the experience.MARK S.

Trailers electrical connection was covered with grease and dirt. I noticed the lights were intermittent. Needed to unplug and then plug back in to make contact. I would check for grease on the electrical contacts generally. Otherwise a great experience.William M.

Annoyed. I could not locate the lock box. The salesman did not point the location out to me. I returned the van after hours, and called the managers number listed on the front door, no answer. I left a voicemail, no return call. I went online and texted the UHAUL 24 hour service, no answer and no response. I walked around for 40 minutes looking for this lock box and finally found it. During that time no one contacted me back. Bottom line, Good van, worked well, no issues. Very bad costumer service for help after business hours.MARC D.

This place is great! I requested a U-Haul at another location down the street ( EXXON TIGER MART) and that place didn't have my truck when I showed up for pick up. Like how's that possible?!?!! Luckily customer service sent me to this U-Haul location on How Ln. THANK GOODNESS! They have so many trucks, pick up and drop off was so easy, and the front desk answers all questions you have. Definitely would use the location on How Ln. again!Ashley M.
First off the UHUAL app was so buggy I couldn't even using it. Being a programmer, this app is a total fail. I couldn't use the app to get my location to check in myself and had to go into the office in person. This wasn't the first time using the app either. I rented a UHAUL a month ago and had the same issue along with the app crashing multiple times and having to start the whole process over several times. Second the customer service was below par. I walked into the location and the person behind the counter seemed distracted with his phone while he was processing me and ended up giving me the wrong keys to the van I was using and having me wait while they printed a new contract. It took me over 45 mins to get my van and leave which is ridiculous since I was the only customer there.KEVIN B.
Terrible customer service, gave us a truck that was dangerous to drive with a foot of icy snow on the roof. Took 50 minutes to process return and charged for the gas that'll even though we return at least as much gas as we picked up the truck with. Corporate office opened dispute but it's been a week and we didn't hear from them. Stay away from them if care fir your safety and wallet.Yury T.

The truck was not ready for me. I had scheduled a truck for a one-way trip and they said I had to bring it back the the same location I got it from. They proceeded to charge me for the miles to bring it back to the same location. Worst experience.PAUL B.
1256 How Lane, North Brunswick (uhaul) falsely claimed the rented 10 foot trucks gas wasn't properly replaced. The usage of the truck was for 9.3 miles, one round trip starting from the pickup location then to Kempton Street, New Brunswick then to Adam Lane, North Brunswick, and then to its drop off location. Before returning to How Lane, the truck was given maintenance of gasoline at the Quick Check next door to its dropoff location to top off its gas level. I'm upset that I was wrongfully charged a additional $30 after after purchasing gas for the truck. $82.76 is too high of a charge to move one room of items in a distance of 9.3/10 mile in one round trip. Even though I'm disappointed I do appreciate the service and assistance of Uhaul, thank you.KASON H.
