Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe pickup option should be better. Trying to upload your license through the app. You should have the option to upload through photo gallery because trying to take a live picture was frustrating due to lining the information up and taken a clear picture.
Tamika PKeep doing what you're doing. I'm appreciative for the for how well upkept everything was.
Shannon BAll I can say is that the online set up is easy and when I get to the location, a happy face greets me and takes care of the paperwork in a quick manner, the truck is ready to go, and I get to moving in the most efficient way! Thanks North East Uhaul!
Sonia ZThe agent was thoroughly helpful, explained everything, called when a cancellation came through that would benefit us, and let us know the charges that were being held on my credit account. Our son returned a truck there a few weeks back and was impressed with the directions he was given about parking and other final details. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience.
