The trailer had either missing or broken floor anchors, making it very difficult to secure items for a long trip. Once arrived at location, trailer leaked water down the drivers side of the trailer, getting area rugs wet. I reported the issues but all that was done was saying "I'm sorry about that." The trailer looked as if it was at the end of its life. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the trailer AND the cost to rent it.

SAHEDUR RThe office location was hard to find. The trailer was heavily rusted.
Scott SIt was difficult to locate the pickup area. Not obvious that it is a Uhaul pick up location. Overall a good experience
Jim OThe location was a bit out of the way but the customer service was great. Tried to pickup the truck through the app But it did not work. Needed to go inside to get it
