This was my first time renting from U-Haul, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experiences. The fuel gauge on the truck was not working properly, which caused me to spend over $50 more than necessary on gas when returning the vehicle.I discussed the issue with the manager, who agreed to refund me $20. Although this was much less than my actual loss, I accepted the offer because I was in a hurry. However, I still have not received the promised refund. I am very disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and the lack of follow\-through on the refund\. This was a very frustrating first experience with U\-Haul, and I would not recommend this location\.

MOJTABA AIt’d have been nice to have some air conditioning in the truck. Maybe even a ramp and some blankets to cover furniture

GOPI K1. Poor service at the store 2. I didn't take the waiver , but it was added . I willl definitely talk to U-Haul team on this 3. Km was just 16 but it was billed for 20.
