I put gas in that I used and they are charging me 4. 00 when I returned it how I got it at 1/2

Kudos to the guy behind the desk. He handed me the keys and then came out with me to rake the snow off the truck. Good experience. Only downside was the bathroom. The light was out and my gf had to use her phone flashlight to find her way.


I never ordered insurance. I did the order over the phone and the person put me down for it. I NEVER EVER buy the insurance. Another example of one of your scams, I will make sure to go with your competitors next time

The GM needs better help at this location. She is great but her employees are not very helpful. At least when I was there on a Saturday morning. Snow needs to be removed from vehicles and trucks need to be checked that they start before assigning them to be picked up by mobile registration. I lost two hours of work and was not offered any discount for my troubles when my truck wouldn't start and then had to wait over an hour to get a truck that works. I always give benefit of the doubt but this experience this most recent time was a miss for me.

For the mobile pick up, it would have been more streamlined if the pictures and license upload and call to verify identity was done prior to pick up. My pictures had to be retaken and my verification contact didn't know the call was coming so had to be called again. This delayed our move.

Excellent service


The mileage was wrong on the paperwork it 53 and really was 57. I did not have a chance to go back inside because to have it corrected. When I returned the vehicle I was advised there was nothing they could do as I should have snapped a picture. I felt like that was totally wrong as was I charged for miles I did not drive. In the future the employee should come outside with customer to inspect the vehicle to prevent an overcharge.

Get that truck off of the road! Absolutely horrible condition. The steering was very loose. When touching the beaks, the truck shook uncontrollably. I had to hold on to the steering wheel for dear life when going over a bump, because it shook and rocked all over the place. I tried calling 20+ times to see if I could get another truck and nobody would answer the phone. Shame on UHaul for allowing a person to drive that truck off of their lot. You clearly don't give a crap about the safety of your customers.


To immediately receive my drop off receipt. It took the next day to receive my receipt


The best customer service ever Lashonna Hawkins went out of her way to help me best customer service ever due to her I am coming back to U-Haul the way she treated me she accommodated me this is a very good employee she deserves a million-dollar raise the way she treated me when I had so much stress test through what I went through with the other location.thank you Lashonna Hawkins for being so caring and accommodating.you rock.

Drop off felt a bit hectic, as I was just told I was "all set" and that I would be emailed. There really wasn't any staff around to talk to, just people rushing about so I felt weird about leaving it without anyone checking it out.


Customer service was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. I have used this location twice and would highly recommend.

I want to thank manager Leon. He was great to work with and was helpful throughout my experience with renting at UHaul.

My agent was very respectful and helpful. The other agent working with him was not wearing a mask and seemed put off when a customer asked him to put one one to help her. When I returned the vehicle, I walked in and there was an elderly couple at the desk getting help. The Agent was not wearing a mask, although the couple was both wearing masks. He told me he would email me my receipt and before I left, I said to the agent that he needed to put a mask on and he shrugged me off. I said it again and he said something about how he had it on earlier. I reminded him that he was supposed to wear a mask for his customer's safety and not his own. He seemed disinterested in my concern for this elderly couple that was standing on the other side of his desk. Very disturbing.
