Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe code to get into the storage units wouldn’t work after the 1st time I used the code. From then on, I had to put the code in multiple times for it to work. Each time I went to the office, they told me to keep on putting it in, and sometimes they had to use a key to get me in or bring me in at the employee door.
Roshni P | Expérience généraleCorey, Astin and everyone were very friendly and help. The facility was clean and organized. The big freight elevator really made moving in and out easy!
mike u | Expérience généraleThe people at U-Hall in Providence High Way was great. Did great job with me 10 for them.
carolyn m | Expérience généraleSome aspects during our renting period such as a broken freight elevator which was inoperable as well as loading door from the freight elevator being inoperable caused the loss of a star on the rating. Otherwise good experience but with no notice of the problems made access to rental area difficult.
Alan H | Expérience généraleOverall my experience was good. A couple staff members seemed very tired and unenthusiastic to help.
ANITA G | Expérience généraleKaren, the manager made it all worth it, thank you so much!
Adrianna Y | Expérience généraleKaren the manager from the Norwood uhaul MA was so helpful and made my transition with moving to a new city so easy.
Britni B | Expérience généraleStephanie (the manager) is AWESOME!! She helped me solve an issue after hours. Was very patient and helpful.
Adrianna Y | Déménagement en ligneThe worker did not make it clear that even with an elevator, we would still have to carry our very heavy items up stairs. Also, the loading bay door was broken making loading into the elevator very difficult. I also tried calling with questions several times during the day before my move in and they never answered the phone
Alice B | Premières impressionsElevator was not working Service was slow
PATRICIA M | Expérience généraleI had to go and get another storage facility because this was a second floor storage and when I went to bring a few items the loading elevator was not working and they did not know when it Would be fixed. There was no way I was going to carry things up the stairs because of my knee. And to bring a sofa and kitchen table plus other items up the stairs this unit would not be working for me.
