Never received cooy nor signed the ontract. I was overbilled, billed for things i dud not want and things I had specifically declined. Not an honest dealer. Fraudster. Now i have to waste my time disputing the charges

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe problem is the clerk at the Shells. He doesn't allow customers to pickup equipment at the reserved pickup time.Which in my case it put my move off by 8 hours. I reserved equipment for a 1:30am pickup at the Shell because it stays open 24 hours. I arrived at about 1:20am. When we went in to get the equipment he told us we had to come back at 8am. The truck was right there but he refused to let us get it. So, that was very inconvenient for me.
Shombrerah TIt took too long had to wait 45 minutes to get it organized. had to wait at least 15 minutes or more before able to speak to the manager. The store clerk was also helping other customers that keep coming into the store that was too much of a wait.
