Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location is great for mail services. They don’t check in the vehicles. They are older trucks don’t have rear cameras. My truck had no gas - yellow light - annoying to get a truck with no gas especially with the price of gas. Will not go back. Prefer U-haul locations that are just a U-haul.
Lynelle UWhen checking out through the app, I ran into multiple issues when trying to upload pictures of the truck's condition to finalize the check out.
Cade WWhen I received my rental, it was dirty, the gas gauge did not match the contract. I took a picture and advised the agent upon return. He told me it was not an issue. I was charged a $14 refueling fee for 2 gallons of gas when I drove a total of 10 miles. Absurd ... terrible service from Uhaul all around. Next I will rent from Home Depot.
Adam GNo blankets in the truck like I had asked for on my reservation. Picking up the truck took forever because the app doesn’t work. Never interacted with personnel from this location but the process of getting my truck was not easy like I was told it would be on the phone.
