Arrived at the location for a pre-scheduled rental. we were told the truck that we scheduled was not available but they only had a 10 foot not a 15 foot. Truck paperwork said it had a half a tank of gas we got into it. It was empty. The dolly that we rented was not in a truck had to go back and pick that up. on drop off we were charged $20 for gas even though there's way more gas in it when we dropped it off then when we picked it up. When brought up to the drop off location, we were told we'd have to deal with the one 800 number regarding the charge of gas. Overall absolute awful experience staff was Rude and unaccommodating.

She was very rude. Even though I reserved a uhaul, she said they dont have it. Then she couldnt find my reservation because she misspelled my name and my email. She didnt care at all. Shw sent us to a different location and we needed to drive 20 more minutes.
