Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSpeed up the check in and check out process. Had a pick-up time for 8:00 am. Arrived at 8:10 and was told we don't start Uhaul check ins until 8:30. Sat and waited until around 8:30. Drop off was slow too. Took around 15-20 minutes.
Benjamin HHave the rental at the location requested several months in advance. 24 hours before I was to pick up the rental I received a text it was now located more miles out of my way and not at the location listed on the original reservation.
Chad BNothing. Everything was great!!
jacob mThe truck was not the cleanest. My pick up location was changed to 30 minutes away from where I wanted to the truck up. The lady that I picked the truck up from was nice and friendly.
