Our p/up location was changed the day prior from a 15 minute commute to 45 minutes instead. Ordered a 26' truck but instead was given a 20' truck and trailer. Trailer does not have any height for furniture so we were not able to even complete our move. You should guarantee the truck matches what is ordered.

stephen W.They refused to hook up the dolly because they had zero knowledge of hows to do it. Please inform all your dealers how your equipment works. The people didn't know how to work the system as well it took a hour to be able to find my reservation I am a female and I did it myself however they should be making sure they know how to do this Will not go back to this location
