The lady at this location gave me the wrong size truck ,wrong drop off location. Never will I use U-Haul again. Two hours to drop my vehicle. The one person to get me out of this mess was a call in agent named Kaus I not sure if that is the spelling. But he really helped.
GERALD WThey charged my 372. For the same thing I'd be charged 220 for down the road. I asked why and they couldn't explain. I contacted uhaul and still couldn't explain. Very confusing rental process when it comes to days and km
Brandon MI booked the truck reservation a few weeks earlier at a completely different location that was local to me. If there was no truck available then someone could have let me know much sooner instead of calling me the day before my pickup date and telling me that I would have to drive for 3 hours to go get the truck. Not happy at all. I believe this was done on purpose so that I had no other options at that point.
Lawrence BYour app is very frustrating to use, the lady on the counter helped me, thank goodness. She was very nice. I was over charged on my mileage and I submitted a report that you asked for with photos but I have not heard anything back on that issue.
