This location is very easy to get to (right off the highway). Staff was attentive and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avis++ Staff was friendly and helpful. - Air conditioning didn't work (It was Iowa in August. Very hot.) -- Truck broke down (transmission) mid-move. Had to wait 4 hours on road side for help to arrive. (Remember August and Iowa). This caused me to need an extra day to finish my move, which I had to pay for. + Mechanic was dispatched quickly. + Once mechanic arrived he quickly fixed the problem (shift linkage). + Mechanic was friendly.
John HThe gentleman that helped me was super sweet, but the original booking got screwed up and that made for a hassle.
Clair MThe whole experience was bad! Couldn’t see the odometer reading, the tires needed air and I do not think I should have to service a vehicle I am paying to use.
Toni CNo dolly eventhough we paid for one. The rest of my complaints was about the experience overall not the people at this location.
