++ Staff was friendly and helpful. - Air conditioning didn't work (It was Iowa in August. Very hot.) -- Truck broke down (transmission) mid-move. Had to wait 4 hours on road side for help to arrive. (Remember August and Iowa). This caused me to need an extra day to finish my move, which I had to pay for. + Mechanic was dispatched quickly. + Once mechanic arrived he quickly fixed the problem (shift linkage). + Mechanic was friendly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gentleman that helped me was super sweet, but the original booking got screwed up and that made for a hassle.
Clair MThe whole experience was bad! Couldn’t see the odometer reading, the tires needed air and I do not think I should have to service a vehicle I am paying to use.
Toni CNo dolly eventhough we paid for one. The rest of my complaints was about the experience overall not the people at this location.
Nathan HThey saved me in a pinch. The other location that I had made a reservation was NOT open and Kirkpatrick Rentals were able to get my reservation changed with discounts. They were kind and customer service was top notch. I'm so grateful for them.
