I did not receive any of the equipment that I had ordered despite placing the order 6 weeks prior to my move. 24 hours prior to pick up I was told that I had to pick up the U-Haul at a different location all the way across town and that I would have to go back to the other location on the other side of town to get the equipment. When I called, they said that they did not have the equipment available. My husband is currently suffering from a back injury and having the dolly for the snow would've been very beneficial.

The location is fine, a great place to pick up a truck. HOWEVER, the dollies and moving blankets I ordered were not on the truck. The salesperson told me that she has told them many, many times that they do not have that equipment at the location, and still EVERY TIME U-Haul delivers a truck there, THEY DO NOT INCLUDE THE ORDERED ITEMS. We had to drive to U-Haul to pick up the dollies, except they only had 1 not 2!! That greatly affected my move having only 1 dolly, especially when I had ordered 2. U-Haul has gone so far down hill in the last few years. Their customer service is terrible.
KELLY MWe reserved an appliance dolly for our move along with the truck. This location does not have dollys available to rent. I would have picked a different location if I'd known they didn't have what I needed. This was a rather large inconvenience on our moving day. Also the cab of the truck was not clean - there was a takeout food container left in the cab as well as a large amount of dog hair.
Joshua SI rented the truck and was charged for a utility dolly. Never received the dolly and that made the move quite difficult. Definitely need to fix that problem as it is available to order on the app, but was not available at the location. So I was charged for something that I needed and did not get.
