We reserved an appliance dolly for our move along with the truck. This location does not have dollys available to rent. I would have picked a different location if I'd known they didn't have what I needed. This was a rather large inconvenience on our moving day. Also the cab of the truck was not clean - there was a takeout food container left in the cab as well as a large amount of dog hair.

I rented the truck and was charged for a utility dolly. Never received the dolly and that made the move quite difficult. Definitely need to fix that problem as it is available to order on the app, but was not available at the location. So I was charged for something that I needed and did not get.
