The surge brake assembly was in dire need of lubrication. It exibited a loud creak when the brakes were applied making the overall towing experience nerve racking as the application of the brake was NOT consistent and very jerky. The drop off location (after learning that the rental was already paid for) did not want anything to do with you. "just park it over there" I had to back into a parking spot beside another storage trailer on the end of a row surrounded by rental trucks with no assistance backing it in.

Could add a 36hr rate. Meaning if I pickup trailer @ 9am & return it @ noon the next day. Give me incentive to not just keep it until the next morning.
