No one plowed. You couldn't see the difference between surfaces. We could have easily put the truck in the grass because there was no indication where the parking lot surface was. They want you to not block anything but don't just tell you where to park which would be easier. Even the entrance to the business was covered. I just hoped I was driving on solid ground. Would never do that again.

Uhaul messed up with our reservation, then fixed it but the employee had an attitude as if it was my fault instead of showing at least SOME compassion for what we experienced. There was NONE, she barely spoke, it was uncomfortable. I’m being generous with the rating.

AARON SNone of the equipmebt I reserved was on the truck and the location wasn’t open yet. U-Haul customer service was very nice and helped me locate another store that was open but we had to go 20 minutes out of our way on top of the time it took to contact customer service and locate the equipment. This cut into my rental time.
