Van was the best part of this entire transaction. I was unhappy that my initial pick up location was changed when I was initially assured by personnel there that there would be no problem with picking up there and they had plenty of trucks (which I know they did after passing it today on my way to Van's). The phone rep I spoke with yesterday was rude and kept interrupting me. Van however was a breath of fresh air and even agreed to meet me early today, even though he was technically closed. He showed how exceptional customer service is demonstrated.
