Had only phone contact with the staff. He was helpful on the phone. The one I thing I found compared to pick up location is the hours. Limited hours on the drop off end.

The truck I rented had loose steering, should not have been rented. I hope it's fixed before it's rented again for the safety of others.
KENNETH MThe process to get and return the truck was confusing and could’ve been done better. Made me use a different ID cause mine had a corner missing. Could see the whole thing. Picking up should’ve been a few minutes not almost an hour. Dropping off took about 30 minutes cause you gotta take pictures of everything. That could’ve taken less time also.
