We did not receive the utility dolly that we paid $7 for, but everything else was fine.

DONG LThe 24/7 pickup was a total desaster! We lost 2 hours because the trucla weren't ready twice at 2 different locations and we ended up having to go with a smaller truck. Waites for ever to talk to someone on the phone and chat people werent very helpful/responsive and super slow.
Naomi SI had 3 different agents from U-Haul give me quotes for renting a truck on the phone and when I came to pick up the truck with the quote I was told it was impossible to get it as I was quoted. The manager went to bat for me and got management to give us a deal that was acceptable after arguing for over an hour. When we returned the truck management tried to over charge me $800.00 more but I had the printed contract in hand so they couldn’t. Our local manager was awesome to us the whole time.
