Staff was not professional and not prepared to be working at this facility My visit was the worst the equipment was not ready and I was missing items that I had rented and on top of that I didn't even get that discount it from my bill The staff did not bother to go update the pictures on the truck before renting it the pictures that are on the account when your check out are very in accurate the truck had many damages and those were not the pictures to check out the truck very poor experience The staff needs to get out more and make an effort for their job
