The vehicle needs a lot of maintenance runs very poorly. It's gonna break down anytime it's gonna leave someone stranded. U-Haul's responsibility to get it fixed

Iwas very pleased with the service I had received they were very helpful showing me my storage and I was surprised of the first month free rent.This really help me because at the time I was in a tight budget and wasn't sure if zi could afford the U hale but because of this one time Special it help me to be a blessing to.my daughter to move her things into a storage.Thank you UHaul

Jacob CStaff was not professional and not prepared to be working at this facility My visit was the worst the equipment was not ready and I was missing items that I had rented and on top of that I didn’t even get that discount it from my bill The staff did not bother to go update the pictures on the truck before renting it the pictures that are on the account when your check out are very in accurate the truck had many damages and those were not the pictures to check out the truck very poor experience The staff needs to get out more and make an effort for their job
