We reserved a truck and car dolly with one reservation, later was notified dolly was at a separate location to be picked up, no big deal except we were required to make two separate transactions. (We were never told that our drop off locations would change or be separate) go to return them both and was told car dolly would have to be dropped off at another location across town. Fine, we did so. The next morning receive a voicemail that our car dolly was late for return as of 8:00 that day. Currently on a more than 20 minute hold to talk to someone to get this resolved. After our last experience where we were penalized hundreds of dollars for returning early and at a different location (because our transmission went out on our cross country move) I will gladly pay the extra hundred dollars for better customer service and better organization with other moving companies.ROBERT M.
Make sure reserved equipment is available. I was told the truck I reserved was stolen but with all of the cameras and security I don't know how that happened. The larger truck was a downgrade for us since it was harder to securely pack and drive. It barely fit in the driveway and we couldn't back up to the house to load due to the ramped driveway.JAMIE M.

1. They did not have the equipment that I rented. 2. They didn't even check to see if the vehicle that I was leaving with had the equipment that I had rented. 3. I'm 67 and 100% disabled I managed to carry a box full of wet boxes on my rollator from my new controlled climate space to the office & when I passed your African American employee (he was sitting down with his 'litter grabber") I asked him where the trash receptacle was. He pointed to the blue dumpster at the back of the lot. It was raining & I needed to pee, so I left the wet box at the rear of the building and since the back door was locked, I entered through the front. Please apologize to this employee since I didn't take the wet boxes and put them in the dumpster. Your other two employees were working hard outside at the time. I think it would have been obvious and polite to take the trash but he would have had to have quit watching the other two employees working their area off and he would have had to gotten off his arse. I'm really pretty unhappy with my last transaction. In the last 90 days, I've rented a pick up truck and a tow dolly two different times and a tow dolly by itself two other times for business. I always drop them at night because the location is closed. This week I rented a tow dolly for a 24 hour period but was done early and returned about 20 minutes after their normal closing time and there were still employees inside. When I tried to return it, they said they were closed. So I dropped the dolly like I normally do. The next day I discovered they charged me an extra $20 for some sort of after hours assistance drop fee. So I got an extra fee for returning your equipment 14 hours early so you would have it available to rent the next morning. Really not happy with this.STUART S.
