Kirsten was extremely kind, helpful and professional. She explained pricing and insurance options clearly. She walked me to my unit and even highlighted the directions on the map. I was shown exactly how the key card worked and the hours of operation were verbally communicated. As a bonus, I experienced Kristen's sense of humor and am very satisfied with the interaction we shared. The Pace Blvd location is the cleanest, most user friendly self storage I have ever rented from!

Her co-worker Tim was also an assistive and efficient professional. Before arriving at this facility, I was determined to no longer patronize the U-Haul company, as my experience up to this point had been highly unsatisfactory. These two U-Haul team members at this particular location changed my mind.
Frank R | First ImpressionsSomeone burglarized our storage shed on 8/24/2024 I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life it really hurt to know that somebody had to nerves to take do something like that we are caring and giving people I guess they needed what they took more then we did but all you have to do is ask if they needed anything.We learn from what happened.
