Dropping the trailer off was very frustrating. The first place I was supposed to drop it off was closed. When I called the customer service the lady directed me to a parking lot in the middle of nowhere with no uhaul signs anywhere. A friend was able to tell me where there was a uhaul storage to drop it off.Joseph R.
Confusing process to turn in truck. We apparently went to the wrong Uhaul (4921 Mobile parkway) but the big signs on the door say 4211 Mobile Parkway. Had trouble trying to turn in the truck. Location service would not work. Couldn't find the bar code to scan. Spent 30 minutes trying to return the truck. Eventually called the uhaul number on the door and discovered that we were at the wrong location. Lady was very helpful but we were tired and frustrated.LOUISE C.
Teach employees the value of Customer Service. Customers are always having to wait even when they already had a reservation and checked in online. The employees have NO Customer Service Skills when an issue, problem, or damage is brought to their attention on equiptment that is being picked up and they clearly ignore any concern of the customers about the condition of the equiptment. They will still hook it up and walk away with out a care in the world. I suggest you take pictures of ANY equiptment that you rent, ESPECIALLY from this location.RONALD W.

The customer service is outstanding compared to the other location. Someone went into the truck and took my items out but it was my fault for leaving the truck unattended at this location. I wish they would've took my complete serious. My cat stepped on my keyboard and I submitted the wrong info, I tried to correct it, but I'm not the best with phone apps or technology, so when I went inside to check in, the manager was like "No problem, I got you", checked me in and corrected the tech blunder! The damage assessment is automated, but texted right to my phone and was easy to go through. After attempting and failing to understand the app to turn in the truck, another staff member helped me finish the process. The staff is so friendly and helpful I'd recommend this location on that feature alone. You won't be disappointed renting there!KELLY S.

The passenger seat belt was underneath the seat we couldn't get it out in the State of Florida it's the law to where your seatbelt so we were scared we'd get a ticket and the windshield was very dirty but it was a nice truck people there were very friendlyDALE O.

The service was quick and easy. However, I did not feel comfortable with the sales associate handling store business on her personal phone. The internet service for U-Haul was working very slowly. Please provide the associates with some kind of portable device that would not put customers personal information in jeopardy.KANISHA W.
