Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe returned the UHaul with the same amount of gas that was in it when we picked up the truck in Lakeland, Florida. Prior to returning it we stopped for fuel and filled it back to the same amount. We were told that we would receive a message the same afternoon as confirmation. Instead we received a charge of over 39.00 for 7 gallons of fuel. It appears they filled it to full which was wrong. Please refund the charge we paid.
Jan SImprove the pickup, in person, or fix your app so one may complete the mobile pickup.
RANDAL BMy reservation as for the Bonaire GA location and when we got there to pick up the truck, we were unable to because they didn’t have the key. We were sent to the second location to pick up, which was 20 miles out of our way. I was told the extra mileage would be added to my reservation and I believe it was. But it was an inconvenience that the first location didn’t have the key.
Julie DThe staff was nice but seemed a bit disorganized. The process took longer than expected, she was having issues with the program on her computer and had to use her phone, so she was unable to provide a receipt.
